Starting out as a small idea over dinner, we all agreed that we wanted to play a pivotal role in changing the way young women act, think and carry themselves. We began discussing ideas on how we could play a role within our community by becoming mentors and role models to young women. Planning began and ideas were no longer just a thought but an action. In this time we developed a strategic plan on how to create future CEO's in all aspects of life. After much deliberation the name A Different Girl Inc was established. As a 501(c)3 organization, A Different Girl Inc. focuses on developing female leaders with funding from corporate, government and community donations. We want to change the world through female leadership because we believe that different girls, change the world.
